This was our second time designing a themed party for one of our favorite little clients, miss Kierra, and for her 6th birthday she wanted to invite Pocahontas to play with her in a little village of tents and kid-sized tipis.
As always, our goal was to bring the birthday girl's ideas to life with class, style and a magical feel. We found the perfect tipis and props, like a faux bull skull with gold horns and lace dream catchers, from Bashery & Co. (now known simply as Bashery by Pamelyn Rocco, and she no longer does rentals, sorry!).
We styled Kierra's boho village and dessert table with furniture from Circa Vintage Rentals (probably the most boho-chic vendor you will find in the L.A. area; we were so thrilled they were available for this event), and we designed one of our favorite dessert table back-drops to date with loose, drape-y fabrics in pastels, our own dessert stands, and fresh florals styled by our go-to florist miss Steffinnie Postas.
Don't forget to peek at those details, too: arrows and dreamcatchers on the cake, macarons and custom iced sugar cookies all by The French Confection Co., quail feathers incorporated into the florals, and an appearance by our in-house Pocahontas look-alike.
